Abstract

Abstract This researchaims to describes:. (1) The effect of teachers professional competence for teachers performance in elementary school of Technical Implementation Unit Area Mayong districts (2) The effect of work motivation for teachers performance in elementary school of Technical Implementation Unit Area Mayong districts (3) The effect of teachers professional competence and work motivation for teachers performance in elementary school of Technical Implementation Unit Area Mayong districts. This research is a quantitative research use correlational design. The population on this research is all teachers in elementary school of Technical Implementation Unit Area Mayong, Jepara districts is 311 teachers. The sample consist of 78 teachears. The writer use proporsional random sampling technique. Collecting data use questionare method and documentation method. Analysis data technique use double regression with significant standart 5%. Based on hypotheses trial, it can be concluded that: (1) There is no effect of teachers professional competence for teachers performance in elementary school of Technical Implementation Unit Area Mayong districts (2) There are effect of work motivation for teachers performance in elementary school of Technical Implementation Unit Area Mayong districts (3) There are effect of teachers professional competence and work motivation for teachers performance in elementary school of Technical Implementation Unit Area Mayong districts.
