Abstract
This study aims to (1) Know the value of character education on the form of speech acts of illocution in a collection of humor text books Mukidi: Tax Laughing Laughter room by Soetantyo Moechlas; (2) Knowing the value of character education in the form of speech acts perlokusi in a collection of humor text books Mukidi: Tax Laughing Laughter of Soetantyo Moechlas. (3) Knowing the model of teaching materials that can be developed based on the value of character education in the form of speech acts of illocution and perlokusi in a collection of humor texts book Mukidi: Tax Laughing Room Soetantyo Moechlas. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection method applied in this research is method refer to advanced technique note. The data collected in the study was analyzed by the equivalent method. The matching method in this study uses referential equivalents. The results of this research are (1) The form of the act of speech of illocution in the novel there are 8 values of character education that is religious value, honest value, discipline value, hard work value, democratic value, curiosity value, love value peace, environmental caring value, and the value of responsibility; (2) The form of speech acts perlokusi in the novel there are 10 values of character education that is religious value, discipline value, hard work value, curiosity value, spirit value of nationality, friendly / communicative value, reading value, environmental caring value, social, and value of responsibility. (3) The result of research of character education value in the form of speech act of ilokusi and perlokusi in the collection of text of humor book Mukidi: Tax Laughing Soeh Room by Soetantyo Moechlas can be developed as teaching material in First VIII Junior High School Semester 1 KD 3. 5 and KD 4.5.
