Abstract
Strategy is a tool to achieve its goals in relation to the long-term goals, follow-up programs, and resource allocation priorities (Chandler in Rangkuti, 2016). In the PP KERJA have a competitor that also produces rice seed. To face competition from existing competitors and that the PP. KERJA may still exist in their business it is necessary to do some research to find a good marketing strategy to continue the business in the future. Research conducted using the method of SWOT and QSPM. Results from the study showed PP. KERJA has internal factor which consist of power with a score of 2.802 and weaknesses to score as many as 1,161, and the total score for the internal factor is equal to 3.963. PP. KERJA has external factors consist of opportunities with a score of 2.078 and a threat to score as many as 1,514, and the total score for the internal factor is equal to 3.592 with the position of the company is in kuadra I with Tepilih strategy is SO strategy. Then the results of the matrix QSPM PP. KERJA must undergo two priorities of the strategy is the strategy pertaa is to improve services in sales with the better, so as to expand the distribution network of rice seed to the value of TAS at 5.581 and the second strategy is producing rice seed to maintain the quality of rice seeds in order to remain consistent in maintaining seed purity rice marketed by the condition of the farmers' need for a high seed with TAS value of 5.232
