Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence of permissive parenting to children’s learning discipline of group B in PAUD Harapan 1 Kartasura of the academic year 2017/2018. This research was a quantitative descriptive research. This research was done in the PAUD Harapan 1 Kartasura Sukoharjo. The subject of this research was the son of Group B PAUD Harapan 1 Kartasura as many as 25 children, and the entire population was getting a research sample. The technique of data collection was using question form. Data analysis technique used was a simple Linier regression analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, it could be summed up as follows: no influence of parent’s parenting (permissive) to student’s learning discipline. It is proven by using "t-test" in SPSS 15.0 for Windows . The result showed that the t count < t table or 0.156 < 1.714 (5% significant levels) which meant that H0 was accepted and rejected in other words Ha accepted the hypothesis (zero) and rejected the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which means there is no influence of permissive parent’s parenting to children’s learning discipline of Group B in PAUD Harapan 1 Kartasura of the academic year of 2017/2018.
