Abstract

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a persistent blockage in the respiratory tract caused by emphysema and chronic bronchitis.'PPOK is defined as a group of lung diseases characterized by sedentary airflow deceleration. To know the benefits of breathing control and diaphragmatic breathing in reducing shortness of breath in people with COPD and to Know the benefits of static bicycle in improving functional ability in people with COPD. After 6 weeks of therapy, there was a decrease in the degree of shortness of breath, where the assessment of shortness of breath on T1 and T6 which previously had a value of 3 to the value of 1, while the evaluation using Six-Minutes Walking Test increased, where in the first meeting get 25 , 5 which belong to the POOR category and at the last meeting get the value of 26.5 which belongs to POOR category. breathing control and diaphragmatic breathing can reduce the degree of shortness of breath and static bicycle can improve functional ability.
