Abstract

Background: Lesion Hypoglosus Nerve, a nerve disorder that was very rared to be reported and could cause a clinical symptoms such as unilateral atrophy in M. Hypoglosus. Purpose: To know the advantages of physical therapy intervensions as tongue excercise in reducing motions pain and increasing muscle strength of M. Hypoglosus. Results: After 6 Times of Therapy, the assesmet in silent pain is T1: 0/10 cm to T6: 0/10 cm, in tenderness T1: 0/10 cm to T6: 0/10 cm, there is decreasing motions pain as T1: 4,1/10 cm to T6: 2,5/10 cm, there is also incresing of musle strength from: T0: 3+ to T6: 4, and increasing number of alphabetical articulations from T1: 7/11 to T6: 9/11. Conclusion: Tongue Excercise could reduce motions pain and increasing muscle strength of M. Hypoglosus in Nerve Lesions Hypoglosus case.
