Abstract
Home industry located in Daleman Village, Tulung, Klaten is home industry making noodle soun. Production process there are 4 work stations, namely milling station, extortion station, cooking station and printing station. All these processes are still done using equipment that is still simple and manual, and there are still operators working in less ergonomic working positions. If done continuously it is not impossible workers will experience muscle pain disorders and even will experience the risk of injury. The purpose of this study is to find out workers' complaints and work posture risks, as well as provide a safe solution to be applied in engaging job activities. Manual Task Risk Assessment (ManTRA) is used to know the complaint of work posture, during work activity especially on back, neck / shoulder, arm and wrist. Required data include the total time of work for one day, the time of the work cycle, the duration of the work, the strength of the worker, the speed of work, the awkwardness of the work posture and the vibration the worker receives from the machine or device used. The results obtained based on data processing has been done. It is known that, the total score of the observed activity is found to be more than 15, which means there is a risk of injury or unsafe to do.
