Abstract

Credit Unions is an economic entity engaged in lending and fund raising. Where in carrying out their duties require a worker cooperative. Employee is someone who works for a wage or other forms of remuneration. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the employment agreement, the rules and rights and duties between the Cooperative Employees, and know the legal responsibility when one party made a mistake on the basis of tort or tort. The method used in this study is a normative method for this research to be studied are the rules of law, principles, legal liability. This study was descriptive, a study that is intended to provide the data as accurately as possible in a systematic and thorough regarding legal liability to an agreement between the employee working with Credit Unions "Amanah Mandiri" Salatiga. These results indicate that prior to the employment agreement of candidates must meet the requirements of both the administrative requirements and requirements valid as a legal subject. Furthermore, the employees approved the agreement that has been prepared by cooperatives set up between laint order of work, hours of work and wages. The agreement between the employee and the signing of the deed ditandani cooperative working agreement by both parties. If both parties have agreed that the employment agreement with rights and obligations for both parties. Where the employee is obliged to carry out the work and the cooperative is obliged to fulfill the rights of employees. If either party does not enforce the agreement by mistake should be responsible on the basis of Default and may also be responsible on the basis of Torts.
