Abstract
High competition creates a lot of stress at risk. High pressure makes the work of work increasing and causing work family conflict. These pressures can be minimized with a flexibility schedule that can be tailored to each employee's abilities. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Schedule Flexibility and Work Family Conflict on Stress. The type of research used is quantitative, the population in this study is all employees of Surakarta. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents by using purposive sampling technique is the technique of determining the sample by using certain criteria. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and variables are reliability. Data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Schedule Flexibility has a negative effect on stress proved by the value of t arithmetic -2.084 with significant value 0.040 smaller than 0.05. 2. Work Family Conflict has a positive effect on stress is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic 3,585 with a significant value of 0.001 smaller than 0.05.
