Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) preparation of teacher mastery about learning based on Multiple Intelligence 2) Implementation of learning based on Multiple Intelligence 3) The basic form of learning based on Multiple Intelligence in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Program Special Kartasura. This type of research is qualitative research with phenomenalogical research design. Data collection techniques used, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive analysis techniques, while the technique of data validity using triangulation. The results showed 1) Preparation of teacher mastery in implementing learning based on multiple intelligences. a) training that emphasizes intelligence and not only in academics only. b) make a lesson plan that is the implementation plan c) administration in learning multiple multiple intelligences. 2) Learning Implementation based on Multiple Intelligence, a) Multiple intelligence based learning. The teaching style is tailored to the student's learning style. b) strategies and methods undertaken in learning-based multiple intelligences lectures, frequently asked questions, discussions and demonstrations. c) the teacher's medium is the image. d) The special feature of the lesson is the intelligent division of the class of learners. e) the application of multiple intelligence-based learning starting from the class division using Multiple Intelligences Research (MIR). f) preparation that occurs that is the way teachers package the learning with the solution, the liveliness of students used for giving material to students. g) learning using multiple intelligences is a class process tailored to the intelligence of learners. 3) Evidence in research Based on Multiple Intelligences is in determining: a) cognitive assessment b) encyclopedia / attitude c) psychomotor meeting
