Abstract
The country of Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world. Based on the results of the 2010 census that the number of Muslims in Indonesia reached 87.18%. This becomes an opportunity in the service business, which is embodied in the service business in the field of the organization of Hajj and Umrah. The number of travel companies Hajj and Umrah, became a challenge for the travel agency in making their Business Plan. The purpose of this study is to make business development strategy planning. The method used is Busines Model Canvas and SWOT Analysis. Results from researching the strategy of hajj and umroh travel developers are shown in the form of nine building blocks BMC one of them is the strategy in improving the service with online manasik guidance.
