Abstract
The purpose of the study, (1) to examine the contribution of motivation, facilities, and learning environment to the learning outcomes indirectly through discipline, (2) to examine the contribution of motivation, facilities, and learning environment to discipline, (3) to examine the contribution of discipline to the learning result of mathematics. Type of correlational quantitative research. Research population are 310 students of class VII in SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta. The sample 175 students studied is determined by Slovin formula. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling by lottery. Data collection techniques used closed questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used path analysis with assumption test of normality, linearity, multicolinearity, heteroskedasitas, and autocorrelation. Result of research, (1) there is contribution between variables of motivation, facility, and learning environment to learning result indirectly through discipline (α = 0,05). (2) There is contribution between motivation variable, facility, and learning environment to discipline (α = 0,05), and (3) there is contribution between variable of discipline to result of learning mathematics.
