Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the influence of halal label variable, brand image and product quality to customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as intervening variable (empirical study of wardah cosmetic product in Surakarta city). The type of this research is quantitative research using data retrieval technique through questionnaire with likert scale. This study uses 100 respondents in the city of Surakarta with sampling technique with purposive sampling method with qualified consumer using hijab and not using hijab. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with t test and sobel analysis indicated that each independent variable is not significant for halal label variable, brand image and significant for product quality variable, and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty. Furthermore, through the test of the analysis of the show that the halal label and the brand image is not able to mediate for consumers who using hijab, brand image for the unadowed not able to mediate and the quality of the product is able to mediate consumers using hijab and not using hijab.
