Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment in PT. Roasalia Indah partially or simultaneously. The type of research is quantitative research, with the employee population of PT. Rosalia indah of approximately 200 employees, with a sample of 78 employees. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. Methods of collecting research data using questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis technique using tiered regression analysis. Based on the result of calculation from t test, the job satisfaction variable, organizational commitment variable and employee performance variable. The result is job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, Organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, Organizational commitment mediates job satisfaction with employee performance. F test shows > F Table, so that in this study variable job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant influence on employee performance. Coefficient of Determination R2 obtained result of 0,321 meaning work motivation variable, incentive and work environment able to explain to variation of change of employee performance variable equal to 32,1%, the rest can be explained other variable not found in research model.
