Abstract
This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of personal factors on employees' commitment to PT. Surakarta post, (2) Influence of role related to employee commitment at PT. Surakarta post, (3) The influence of work experience on employee commitment to PT. Post Surakarta, (4) The influence of personal factors on employees' commitment to PT. Surakarta post. This research is a research using quantitative approach. Data collection using questionnaire method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people and using the sample random sampling method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results found that:(1) personal factors have a positive effect on employee commitment of 0.243.(2) the related role positively affects the employee commitment of 0.407.(3) work experience gives a positive influence on employee commitment of 0.257. (4) cultural factor give positive effect to employee commitment equal to 0,033.
