Abstract
ABSTRACT The success or failure of an organization carry out its duties and functions closely associated with the perpetrators of the organization. Human resources has a strategic role as a determinant of success or failure of achievement of the performance of an organization. So that human activity is a factor in the organization. This study aimed to determine the effect of of leadership style, organizational culture, motivation, work environment, and reward on employee performance at PT.TASPEN (Persero) Surakarta. Population in this study all employees who work in PT.TASPEN (Persero) Surakarta. The number of samples in this study is 45 employees. Sample technique in this research is saturated sample techniques. Analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables perceptions of leadership style, organizational culture, and reward effect on employee performance, while the motivation and work environment variables have no effect on employee performance.
