Abstract
Human resources play the most important role for the success of a company, given the human resources is a determinant of corporate activities both planning, organizing, and decision making. When viewed from the productivity of work, high education will enable high work productivity as well. Training of labor is needed by the company because the scope and material given is already adjusted to the needs of employees who expected will be able to enlarge employee work productivity. With the impetus to further know the relationship between education and training on the productivity of the production company, the writer raised the issue of "EFFECT OF EDUCATION LEVEL AND TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES ON EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY PRODUCTION PART ON COMPANY PT. KOSOEMA NANDA PUTRA PEDAN, KLATEN. " This research is a descriptive research with hypothesis using multiple regression analysis. Population in this research is employees of PT. Kosoema Nanda Putra pedan, klaten that as many as 750 people, sampling is done by Random Sampling method which amounts to 89 employees of production. Based on the results of this study is known Variable Education Level of 1.853 while the value of ttable with 95% confidence level or (α: 0,05) is 1.98793, because tcount> ttabel then H1 is rejected, which means the level of education does not affect the productivity of production work . Labor Training Variable is 10,135 while the value of ttable with confidence level 95% or (α: 0,05) is 1.98793, because tcount> ttable then H2 accepted, which means labor training effect on work productivity of production part at PT. Kosoema Nanda Putra. In determination coefficient of determination value of Adjusted R Square (R2) that is equal to 0,941, in this case can be interpreted that work productivity of employee of production part can be explained by influence of education level and training tenaja kerja with value equal to 94,10%, , 90% is explained by another variable not examined in this study.
