Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of motivation, compensation, leadership style, and work environment towards employee performance of regional public hospitals in Sukoharjo. Population of this study is all employees that work in regional public hospitals in Sukoharjo with 87 employees sample. Sampling technique that used in this study is convenience sampling method. Data analysis in this study is using SPSS. Data collection is using questionnaires distribution to employees. In this study, hypothesis test is using linier regression. The result of this study indicate that motivation have significant effect towards employee performance. While compensation, leadership style, and work environment do not have significant effect towards employee performance.
