Abstract
The purpose of this study to test the effect of the effectiveness of the use of information technology on the performance of employees in the office of PLN (Persero) in Boyolali District. To test the influence of internal control system on the performance of PLN office employees (Persero) in Boyolali District. To test the influence of information technology trust on the performance of employees in the office of PLN (Persero) in Boyolali District. Population in this research is employees of PLN (Persero) in Boyolali District. The sample in this research is employees of PLN (Persero) in Boyolali District. Sample technique in this research is by approach of non probability sampling method that is purposive sampling with respondent criterion in this research is user of information system technology Accounting minimum 1 year and authority in using information technology. Based on the results of this study known variable user effectiveness of 3.690 while the value of ttable with 95% confidence level or (α: 0,05) is 2.021 because tcount>Ttable then H1 accepted, which means effectiveness of user influence to individual performance. Confidence variable of 2,797 while the value of ttable with 95% confidence level or (α: 0,05) is 2,021 for tcount>ttable then H2 accepted, which means trust influence to individual performance. Internal control variable equal to 2,498 while the value of ttable with confidence level 95% or (α: 0,05) is 2,021 for tcount>ttable then H3 accepted, which means internal control influence to individual performance.
