Abstract

Background: Hospitalization is a necessary process child for stay at hospital, go trough therapy and care repatriation back at home. During the process child experience separation with family, should be adapt with environment new. Pain because medical, separated with friend. It is make child will bring up feeling anxiety, anger, sadness, fear, and guilt. Children who experience worry could overcome with intervention nursing, wrong one methods that can used that is played therapy. One of the media to play super bubbles. Objective: Research this aim for knowing influence play therapy super bubbles against worry effect hospitalization on child age preschool in RSUD Surakarta. Method of Research: Research this use design pre experiment with design type one group pre post test. Research this use one group intervention without group control. Intervention do with therapy playing super bubbles. Population research is patient children admitted to the chamber orchid RSUD Surakarta. Sample researchers as many as 31 children with is sampling technique accidental sampling. Tool measuring anxiety use in research thit is questionnaire design by researchers who are adopted from research Wibowo (2011). The tools used as therapy play super bubbles is composed from water, soap or detergent, glycerin, wire shaped circle, bowl. Data analysis using paired t test. Conclusion: Before do giving play therapy super bubbles levels anxiety child in part big with level anxiety medium. After do therapy playing super bubbles anxiety children part big level anxiety low. The results showed a decrease in child anxiety after being given super bubbles playing therapy from an average of 10.19 dropped to 4.90. Conclusion from research there is in influence significant giving therapy play super bubble against anxiety effect hospitalization on child age preschool in RSUD Surakarta.
