Abstract

The aim of this research is to give empirical proof about leadership, working discipline, working motivation, and working satisfaction toward employee performance in Satpol PP in Surakarta. There are 33 employees as sampling. The method that applied in this research is saturate sample. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linier method using SPSS 22 program. The result of this research shows that leadership and working motivation affect employee performance while working discipline and working satisfaction do not affect employee performance
