Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the description of nutrition intake toward nutritional status of clidren in joho villages, district Mojolaban Sukoharjo. This research is quantitative research and the kind of this research in descriptive analytic study. This research was conducted in the in joho villages, district Mojolaban Sukoharjo in 15-23 November 2017. The population taken in this study is all mother who has children aged 12-59 months a number 493. The sample in this research as much as 83 respondents with proporsional sampling. Analysis of the data to be used in the study is descriptive analysis. The result were (1) most of the children under five in Joho village have good nutritional status (2) most of the children under five in this region consume foods that contain sufficient nutrient intake (3) children in this region mostly eat three meals a day with ½ serving of medium in once meal (4) most of the children under five consume formula every day and all children under five are also given daily desserts. Conclusion: good nutrition in this area occurs because most of the children under five consume sufficient nutrient intake. Keywords: nutrition intake, nutritional status, children under five
