Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of Motivation, Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Kepala Satuan Kerja Balai Litbang Sungai Surakarta.While samples are 35 respondents obtained by using techniques random sampling The sampling is done randomly, The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables simultaneously Motivation, Compensation and Working Environment show significant results. This is evidenced by the sig-F which is smaller than the significant value of 0.05 or 5%. While in partial Motivation, Compensation and Working Environment and significant positive effect on employee performance at Kepala Satuan Kerja Balai Litbang Sungai Surakarta. Other findings from the capacity Motivation, Compensation and Working Environment in explaining the Employee performance is 71.4% while the remaining 28.6% is explained by other variables that do not enter into this research model.Companies should consider the variable Motivation, Compensation and Working Environment because it affects employee performance.
