Abstract

This research target is to know the influence tangible to satisfaction work at BTPN in Purwodadi. To know the influence reliability to satisfaction work at BTPN in Purwodadi. To know the influence responsiveness to satisfaction work at BTPN in Purwodadi. To know the influence assurance to satisfaction work at BTPN in Purwodadi. To know the influence empathy to satisfaction work at BTPN in Purwodadi. Population in this research all employees of Bank BTPN in Purwodadi. Sampel in this research employees amounting to 100 responder. While research method use the convience sampling. Pursuant to this research result known that the variable tangible have the influence to satisfaction work the. variable Reliability have the influence to satisfaction work the. variable Responsive have the influence to satisfaction work the. Variable Assurance have the influence to satisfaction work the. variable Empathy have the influence to satisfaction work. Result of analysis test the F known the Fhitung> Ftabel (33,706 > 2,53), hence Ho refused, Mean by together variable tangible, reliability, responsive, assurance, empathy have an effect on the signifikan to satisfaction work. Result of test of coefficient determination known the adjusted R square (R2) equal to 0,703, meaning variation change of explainable job Satisfaction variable by variable tangible, reliability, responsive, assurance, empathy equal to 70,3%. While the rest equal to 29,7% explained by dissimilar variable outside model.
