Abstract

Growth of bisnis in this time experience of various constraint, so also by UD. Maharani. Make-up of the amount of request with the make-up of production cost which tend to bigger and dicey economics, of this mentioned writer wish to analyse the UD. Maharani in Gemolong, Sragen to provide this bisnis competent to be run or not. Feasibility study of Business cover the congeniality of effort project and invesment program, also capital budgeting congeniality. To take the decision in invesment of project, we require to perform the spadework, performing calculation and evaluate by comparing stream expense of with the benefit expected from invesment inculcated in order not to experience of loss the future. Intention of this research is to know various important factor and require to be paid attention in management of the bisnis. While hypothesizing which writer raise and will be studied in this research that is anticipated that effort run by UD. Maharani by finansial give the advantage, hence this effort run competent. To prove the the hypothesizing will be analysed with the method of Payback Period, NPV, IRR. Payback Period that is an period which needed to can close to return the invesment expenditure, if shorter payback calculation than payback signed by hence that invesment is acceptable. NPV that is value of difference of present value of invesment with the present value clean cash inflow in the future. If PV bigger than entirety proceeds expected by bigger than PV invesment of hence the invesment acceptable. While IRR is an interest rate to make the amount of present value from proceeds expected will be accepted by is equal to amount of present value from capital expenditure. If IRR bigger than interest rate signed, so hence this project is accepted Conclusion obtained from valuation of expenditure and earnings at UD. Maharani obtained result, where payback period shorter than from signed, that is 1 year 6 month 12 day. Calculation NPV obtained a result which are positive where level of NPV is Rp. 359.732.700,00, while in calculation IRR obtained a result expressing that 20,8% what is yielded bigger of flower signed. Pursuant to above mentioned analysis pickings hence invesment inculcated by UD. Maharani Competent to be run to be evaluated from aspect finansial.
