Abstract

Rumiyatun, 2017. Learning-based Multicultural Poetry with Contextual approach to Teaching and Learning (CTL) grade V State primary school 01 Buntar, Kecamatan Mojogedang, Karanganyar Regency. This study aims to describe the qualitative implementation of the learning-based multicultural wrote a poem with Contextual approach in elementary school the country 01 Sub Mojogedang Buntar Karanganyar Regency. Type of this research is a descriptive qualitative research. Qualitative research emphasis on inductive analysis, rather than deductive analysis. Data source this study is an activity-based multicultural poetry learning conducted by the teachers and pupils of the class V class V Year Lessons 2016/2017. Data collection research using the techniques of observation, in-depth Interviews, and documentation. Triangulation techniques used in this research is the triangulation of data/sources and triangulation methods. Here the role of teacher in learning only as a facilitator, steering and supervising a multicultural-based learning approach to Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) makes the spirit of students in mengkreasikan of a particular event, Associate between the material being taught with real world situations students and encourage students to make connections between knowledge assets with its application in their lives as members of the family community, leveraging diversity the cultural background of the learners as one force to form a multicultural attitude. learning to write poems is implemented with the intent so that students have the ability to recognize, understand, appreciate, interpret, construe, enjoy, appreciate, assess and appreciate the poetry writing against, thus growing the inner sensibility, and the feelings of the students. In addition to improving skills in writing poetry on learners, this method can also improve and enhance the performance of teachers and learners in the learning activities.
