Abstract
Focus on research about excellent primary school human resources management in rural areas Boyolali district (SD Muhammadiyah special program). Those focuses divided into three sub-focus: how is job teacher’s description at SD Muhammadiyah Special Program Nogosari Boyolali? How is the improvement in the human resources competency at SD Muhammadiyah Special Program Nogosari Boyolali? Is the control of human resources at SD Muhammadiyah Special Program Nogosari Boyolali? The research is qualitative with descriptive qualitative approach. The collecting data technique uses documentation, interview and observation. Analysis data is done by organizing data, elaborate them into units, doing synthesis, arranging into framework, choosing which must be learned, and making conclution conclusion which can be told to others. There are three steps in analyzing data, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Result: 1) Job description of erxcellent primary school human resources management in rural areas Boyolali district SD Muhammadiyah Special Program are: headmaster as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator, 2) improvement competency of human resource SD Muhammadiyah Special Program Nogosari, most teacher at the school have good standrd competency. This is proved from teacher always doing effective interaction, both teachers and students and outsiders. 3) Effort to handle the challenge in increasing human resource competency SD Muhammadiyah Special Program Nogosari Boyolali.
