Abstract
This final project is to redesign the 176 meter long bridge composed of 4 warren steel frame, divided into 2 types of frames with each frame length of 46 meters and 41 meters. The planning of the bridge lies on the border of Surakarta and Karanganyar with the Bengawan Solo’s River as an obstacle under the bridge. Still an earthquake prone area with earthquake factors in the quake region of three. Planning loading for the bridge using the loading for the bridge RSNI T-02-2005. Calculation of steel frame and wind bond using LRFD method based on SNI 03-1729-2002 Planning of Steel Structure With LRFD Method. With steel profile strength fy = 250 MPa; fu = 410 MPa. Strength of reinforced concrete f'c = 24.9 MPa. Bolt using high quality bolts with fu,b = 830 MPa. The results obtained on bridge planning are as follows: 1). The thickness of the floor plate of the vehicle is 20 cm with the base reinforcement D15-150 and the reinforcement for D15-400. Thickness of 10 cm pavement plate with D10-100 base reinforcement and reinforcement for D10-200. 2). Main beam / transverse girder using IWF profile steel with dimensions WF.700.300.13.24. The child's beam / girder extends using the profile WF.300.150.6,5.9. 3). Using a stud shear connector with a diameter of 22 mm and a length of 150 mm. 4). The steel frame uses the profile WF.390.300.10.16 with the thickness attached on the count. 5). There are 3 piers and 2 abutments in the form of reinforced concrete. 6). The foundation uses a bore pile of 80 cm diameter with a length of 20 meters for abutments and 15 meters for pillars. Keywords: abutment, truss bridge, piers, LRFD.
