Abstract

This study examines the style of leadership, work environment and compensation in PT. ESGI Boyolali. The purpose of this study is to examine and know (1) the influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance (2) the influence of Work Environment on Employee Performance (3) The Influence of Competation on Employee Performance (4) The influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Compensation simultaneously on Employee Performance. The sample of this research is 100 employees through questionnaire with random sampling sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, F test, R square and t test. The result of t test analysis shows the partial influence between Leadership Style on Employee Performance, Work Environment on Employee Performance and Compensation to Employee Performance. While F test shows the influence of simultaneously variable of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Compensation to Employee Performance.
