Abstract

Inventory is an activity for collecting, recording, and reporting of data collection. The inventory of terrestrial vegetation is basically aimed at determining the composition of plant species and its dominance. Inventory of plants is done on the project area by noting the types of diareal. Astana Giribangun and Mengadeg area has the potential of natural resources is very good because of the diversity of plants that many and still beautiful. Various types of ecosystems are very supportive as a habitat of animals mauun flora khusnya various types of epiphytic nail plants. The purpose of this study is to know about the types of epiphytic nail plants in Astana Giribangun and Mengadeg District Matesih Sub-district Karanganyar District. Astana Giribangun and Mengadeg area is a religious place located in Karanganyar regency. This research is a quantitative explorative research. The method used is cruise method. The result of research on the types of epiphytic nail plants that have been inventoried at the height of 666 m.dpl and 750 m.dpl obtained 14 species of epiphytic nail from 12 genera, 4 tribes and 4 nations, and Dominates the Polypodiacea tribe. Astana Giribangun and Astana Mengadeg area at an altitude of 666 m.dpl found 13 species of epiphytic spikes with soil pH 5.5, humidity range 82 and temperature 27.6 and height 750 m.dpl found 10 species of epiphytic spikes with soil pH 5, 5, humidity range 82 and temperature 27.6
