Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation of services, constraints faced during the service process and how the solution to overcome the existing obstacles. Implementation of public services by the government of Malangjiwan Village, Colomadu District, Karanganyar District. Sources of data in this study are classified into 3 types, namely informants (informants), places (events), and documents. Observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive model data analysis. Interactive model data analysis techniques are used to compare observations, interviews, and documentation. Data validity uses triangulation of data collection sources and triangulation of data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of community services by village government, among others: 1) direct evidence can be realized with good officials in Malangjiwan Village District Colomadu Karanganyar District can serve the community in accordance with what is required if the requirements in administering the letter is complete. 2) officers in serving the community in the Village Malangjiwan District Colomadu can be done well, because citizens who come to take care of the letters are satisfied with the service officers. 3) the responsiveness of the officer in providing the service is good, the officer in carrying out the job has as much as possible to give the best, if there are people who come first asked about the completeness of the file. 4) guarantees in handling the letter can be realized well if it has completed the requirements then the officer will process it and the public can receive the required certificate. 5) pay attention to the comfort for the community when the service process takes place
