Abstract
This study with the aim to determine the effect of labor discipline, organizational culture, work experience on employee performance employee. The research method using population are employees, with a sample of 60 employees. The sampling technique using a simple way (convenience sampling) that anyone who met the employees. Result analysis: showed that the variables of work discipline, organizational culture and work experience no effect on the performance of individual employees and showed that the variables of work discipline, organizational culture and work experience significantly affect the performance of the employee satisfaction together. Suggestions: perform the work in accordance with agreed procedures, always ask permission and always carry out duties diligently, honestly and discipline, motivating weightier so we a employees well and appreciate our work and it is not denied that later we will get the chance occupy positions that are promoted and followed that training, so they can add knowledge and pengelaman in subsequent work.
