Abstract
This study aims to: (1) analyze and test contribution to the economic level of parent and learning facilities for learning outcomes math indirectly through student motivition, (2) analyzing and testing the contribution to the economic level of parent and learning facility directly to the student motivition, (3) analyze and test the contribution student motivation to the mathematics learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 9 Surakarta, amounting to 284 students, while the sample is 72 students drawn by proportionate random sampling technique. The data collection was conducted by questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis technique used is path analysis previously performed data analysis prerequisite test: Liliefors normality test, linearity test, test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Research results: (1) there is no contribution of economic level of parent, and learning facilities to the mathematics learning outcomes indirectly through student motivation large of 1,199. (2) there is contribution of economic level of parent, and learning facilities directly against student motivation large of 15,997. (3) there is no contribution a student motivation support to the learning outcomes of mathematics with a value of 0.798.
