Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of the implementation of clinical supervision, academic supervision, as well as clinical surpervisi and academic supervision in improving teacher performance in elementary school in Cepogo sub-district. This type of research is quantitative research using existing data without giving treatment or manipulation of data to the variables studied, so included in research ex post facto. The information in this study is the principal. Data collection technique used is by using questionnaire. The analysis used in this research is a quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is influence of clinical supervision in improving teacher performance in SD Cepogo sub-district Boyolali District with tcount of 2,236 > than ttable 1,753 and significance equal to 0,045. 2) There is influence of academic supervision in improving teacher performance in elementary school in Cepogo sub-district Boyolali District with tcount equal to 2,475 > than ttable 1,753 and significance equal to 0,029. 3) There is influence together variable of clinical supervise and academic supervise on teacher performance in SD Cepogo District Boyolali District with value Fcount = 8,796 and significant level equal to 0,004.
