Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation, career development, leadership on the performance of employees with motivation as mediating variables. The sample in this study were employees Girisuka funds in Wonogiri totaling 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis methods digunakana is normality test, multicollinearity, heteroskedasitas test and test multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). In this study the data meet for normal distribution. Hypothesis tests showed that the compensation (thitung = 2.115) and career development (thitung = 4.827) had an influence on motivation, for leadership (thitung = -0.111) had no effect on motivation. Compensation (thitung = 0.815), pegembangan career (thitung = -0.038), leadership (thitung = -0.520) had no influence on employee performance. Motivation can mediate between compensation (thitung = 7.458) and career development (thitung = 17.125) on employee performance. Motivation be able to mediate between leadership (thitung = -0.3906) on employee performance
