Abstract
In order to provide opportunities for children with special needs, the government has established a policy for the nsion and distribution of education is through inclusive school. Forms of guidance of learning conducted in inclusive schools is different from the school in general, inclusive schools must provide guidance of learning services to student in an optimal and must provide professionals who are able to serve students with special needs an intense. This study aims to determine the implementation of inclusive schools in primary school of Al-Firdaus Surakarta, the role of class teacher and teacher assistant specialized in implementing guidance of learning to children with special needs in primary school of Al-Firdaus Surakarta, and the role of classes teacher collaboration with accompanying teachers specialized in implementing guidance of learning towards children with special needs in primary school of Al-Firdaus. This study is a qualitative research and design a single case study.The data collection techniques in this research is by using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data using a triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis technique as interactive performed by data reduction, display data, and verivication. Based on the analysis we concluded that (1) the implementation of inclusive schools in primary school of Al-Firdaus Surakarta already implementing programs of inclusion with regard to all children entitled to receive education without discrimination (2) forms guidance of learning conducted by the class teacher that explains the material in front of the class classical (3) Special assistant teacher in charge of providing services to children with special needs individually to create individualized learning programs. (4) the role of the classroom teacher collaboration with accompanying teachers specialized in primary school of Al-Firdaus them in making a Lesson Plan for the etermination of the appropriate modifications for children with special needs.
