Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: (1) to describe how to obtainthe goods in the production unit Harapan Toko at SMK 1 Klaten, (2) to describe the system of selling goods on the Harapan TokoProduction Unit SMK 1 Klaten, (3) Describe the financial accountability of the production unit Stores expectations in SMK Negeri 1 Klaten. This research is aqualitative descriptive study, the research data is collected and is expressed in the form of words and images. The subjects were principals, chief production unit school store, shop administrators, teachers and students of SMK Negeri 1 Klaten marketing department (PM). Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of data usingthreesteps: data reduction, presenting dataand conclusion. Results of this study are: (1) To obtain merchandise that will be sold back to the consumer public about SMK 1 Klaten, among others, by buying directly to the supplier, to buy by way of subscription and then escorted to the Toko Harapan at SMK Negeri 1 Klaten, buy goods directly to wholesalers, and by accepting deposits from the others, with consideration of view of the form factor, taste, durability, and price of the merchandise. (2) Items have been purchased for resale by Toko Harapan at SMK Negeri 1 Klaten in three ways, namely: (a) the sale by students, (b) by way of promotion by teachers productive and KWU, and (c) periodically students given the task to sell merchandise to the public. (3) Accountability is the student who served in the relay stores provide a written report based on the reality of goods incoming and outgoing goods. Do every day report to the head of the production unit stores. And thereafter annually chief financial report production unit stores the principal through the school Production Unit meeting.
