Abstract
Tugu village is in the administrative territory of Jumantono district, Karanganyar is a village that has a diversity of agriculture, plantation, and farming. Karanganyar’s mot-to “Intanpari Earth” appeared in the conditions of the village of Tugu with many found agricultural areas, plantations of varied fruits such as durian, shrimp, pineapples, to shrubs. In addition to the variety of fruit, Tugu Village is also surrounded by poul-try and broiler farm areas spread across Tugu village. Therefore, based on the existing potential, the village Tugu has the potential to be developed into an educational tourist village with an integrated agricultural concept combined with a farm supported by rec-reational activities to attract visitors to the tourist area of Tugu. Thus, the Village Tugu can be developed to become a tourist town Tugu Integrated Farm. The concept of ag-riculture integrated with the farm is an effort in developing tourist areas on sustainable impact for both the community and the environment. To support a sustainable tourist area, a bioclimatic concept is needed that takes into account the impact of the climate on land, buildings, to the user. Thus, the layout of the space required in the Integrated Farm Tugu also takes into consideration the functional elements in planning ranging from land use, shape and mass of the building, circulation and parking, the acquisition of open space, the procurement of pedestrian area, the purchase of ramps and area marks, the planning of supporting activities, as well as paying attention to conservation and conservation aspects. It also serves to improve safety and comfort for both users, visitors, and the environment in the Tugu Integrated Farm area.
