Abstract
Education management will support the continuity of education so as to achieve the desired output. In April 2022, the Ministry of Religious Affairs temporarily suspended Rumah Tahfidz A-Quran in order to organize the institution and to prepare adequate regulations. This research is used to describe how management preparation at Rumah Quran Aeen (RQA) Bandung institution, to describe how it is implemented, to analyze the evaluation of preparation, implementation, and supervision of RQA management, and to analyze the results of management evaluation on preparation, implementation, and supervision in building participants' trust in RQA Bandung institution. The research method uses qualitative research with the analysis model used, namely Miles and Huberman. Management at Rumah Quran Aeen institution in preparation includes strategic planning, operational planning, curriculum development planning, and strategic plans. The implementation of management at RQA institutions includes organizing, directing and mobilizing, and controlling. The results show that the three functions in the implementation of management in RQA institutions are synchronized in accordance with the plans prepared. Robbins and Judge categorize trust into five components, namely; integrity, competence, consistency, loyalty, and openness. The evaluation results on planning, organizing, directing and mobilizing, show that the management and management activities of the RQA institution in its management actions have included the five indicators of trust. In integrity, RQA participants trust due to the integrity of the institution which can be seen from the honesty and transparency in its programs and the equality of its methods. On competence, participants' trust arises from the competent teachers of Rumah Quran Aeen. On consistency, participants' trust in the institution is due to the consistency of financing and administration as well as the programs it runs. On loyalty, trust arises based on the responsiveness of teachers and staff in responding to complaints and feedback. In openness, trust is built from the institution's openness to its new programs and policies to participants. The results concluded that the participants' trust in the RQA institution was built based on the analysis of the results of the evaluation of its management implementation, which in the end the management actions could cover the five components of trust, so that participants felt trust in the RQA institution
