Abstract
Kudus Regency has a strong economic condition based on the 2019 Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) data of Central Java, ranking third after Semarang City and Cilacap. This achievement underscores the significant potential contribution of Kudus Regency's economy to the regional economic landscape, considering its status as the smallest regency in Central Java Province in terms of land area. Kudus boasts a diverse creative economy potential, with various creative activities producing a wide range of handicrafts, paintings, performances, and graphic designs. However, government support and encouragement are still needed to develop creative industries, one of which is the design of the Kudus Creative and Innovation Center. This facility aims to provide necessary amenities for creative industry players and SMEs, focusing on the handicrafts, arts, and creative design subsectors. It will offer spaces for training, education, recreation, and strategic locations to support its utilization. The biofilic architecture approach integrated into the design prioritizes nature as a primary element, aiming to create a healthy environment and well-being through direct interaction between nature and humans. This approach aims to foster creative spaces to enhance user productivity and creativity.
