Abstract
Rejang Lebong is a regency located in Bengkulu Province, known for its natural beauty and coffee plantation centers. The regency of Rejang Lebong encompasses agriculture, forestry, and tourism sectors. Despite the potential of these three key sectors, their management is not yet optimal and does not fully leverage the available potential. There is land designated for conservation and tourism development, managed by the farmer group Poktan Mahkota (Masyarakat Hijau Konservasi Tanah Agronomi). This situation presents an opportunity to enhance both the plantation and tourism sectors simultaneously. The relationship between coffee plantations and tourism aims to develop Rejang Lebong Coffee Plantations as an Agro-Educational facility through an Ecological Architecture Approach, thereby improving farmers' welfare and ensuring sustainability. The development of coffee plantations as an agro-educational facility focuses on the land managed by the Poktan Mahkota farmer group, which is conservation land for rice fields and coffee plantations. The design method used is descriptive, involving the collection of primary data, secondary data, observations, interviews, literature studies, and comparative studies. The design outcome of the conservation land maximizes the potential for developing coffee plantations as coffee producers, complemented by agro-education as a tourism facility, and is designed using an ecological architecture approach. The implementation of ecological materials aims to reduce the negative impact on nature and promote sustainability.
