The results of this research show that there is a significant influence between self-esteem and social support on career maturity, namely the results of the Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 and F Calculation 49.722 > F table 3.89, which means that the higher an individual's self-esteem and social support, the higher his career maturity. Then, between self-esteem and career maturity, the Sig value is obtained. 0.000 < 0.05 and t count 6.268 > t table 1.6535, which means there is a positive influence between self-esteem and career maturity. Then for social support for career maturity, the Sig value was obtained. 0.006 < 0.05 and t count 2.796 > t table 1.6535 which means there is a positive relationship between social support and career maturity. The effective contribution of simultaneous variables in this study was 36.6% with the remaining 63.4% influenced by other factors outside this research. the self-esteem variable provides an effective contribution of 26.79% and social support provides an effective contribution of 9.68%.
