Abstract

This research aims to analyze individual characteristics and spiritual intelligence on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The respondents in this research were 80 people from PT Pos Indonesia in Surakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Test reliability and validity using outer model analysis with the smart PLS application. Meanwhile, model testing uses inner model analysis in the smart PLS application. Based on the research results, it show that the results of t-statistic = 1,774 < t-table = 1,96, then Ho is accepted so that job satisfaction has no effect in mediating the relationship between individual characteristics and employee performance. The research results show that the t-statistic = 1,848 < t-table = 1,96, so Ho is accepted so that job satisfaction has no effect mediating the relationship between spiritual intelligence and employee performance.
