Abstract

The Merdeka Campus Program, which is implemented with Wirausaha Merdeka, is a breakthrough by the Ministry of Research, Education and Technology in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit for students throughout Indonesia. This program is still very new because it was implemented for the first time on an entrepreneurial basis with the support of MSMEs. In this procession, we established an internship collaboration at PT. Berkah Ridho Cinta Indonesia or better known as Brownies Cinta, based in Karanganyar. The method of implementing internships is carried out by the application of running a business directly by students, starting from the production sector, selling products to consumers, learning in the marketing department, financial management, and strategies for building a love brownie business from its inception to the present. The internship implementation process has been carried out for 15 days. The implementation of this internship provides useful impressions in the present and future. Through this Merdeka Entrepreneur program, students who take part will be equipped with various kinds of knowledge and activities. Starting from providing entrepreneurial skills through various workshops with different materials and presenters in each session, improving entrepreneurial skills through MSME internship activities, increasing entrepreneurial experience through developing ideas by implementing them in expo activities held at the end of the activity, to other activities designed to increase entrepreneurial spirit and ability. For now, there are only 17 campuses selected to be able to hold the program, one of which is Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.
