Abstract
In essence, a person has different characteristics in achieving something, one of which is learning achievement. There are things that cause this to be achieved, including emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence and learning achievement in Islamic boarding school students. The population in this study was the students of the Miftahul Huda Al Ulya Islamic Boarding School, totaling 187 female students. The design in this research is quantitative correlational. Then for the sampling technique, use non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The major hypothesis in this research is that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence and learning achievement. The results of this research show that the results of hypothesis testing for the variables of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with learning achievement obtained F= 4.072, p = 0.02 (p < 0,05), so the variables of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a significant relationship with learning achievement. So, it can be concluded that the researcher's major hypothesis is proven and accepted
