Abstract
A hydraulic pump is a device that is driven by (engine, electric motor, etc.) sucking hydraulic oil from the tank and oil entering the pump. After the oil enters the pump, the hydraulic oil will be transferred to the vavle control, then channeled to hoses such as boom hoses, arm hoses, bucket hoses, motor track hoses, etc. All are controlled by the stick handle in the cabin. Hydraulic pumps are one of the important components in heavy equipment that must always be carried out periodic maintenance and repair so that the performance of the machine remains good. So if the hydraulic pump experiences damage, the excavtor cannot work properly and must be repaired immediately. The goal is to find out the damage, repair, cause and anticipation of the hydraulic pump on the Lonking CDM 6060 Excavator. Procedure for inspection of disassembly and assembly components to determine component damage. From the results of the examination in the form of oring.
