Abstract

Student attitudes and interests are needed for students who are entrepreneurs so they are able to identify business opportunities, then utilize business opportunities to create new job opportunities. Based on this, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between entrepreneurial attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control on the interest in becoming entrepreneurs in Muhammadiyah University Surakarta students of the Teaching and Education Faculty, especially in the Accounting Education Study Program class of 2018. This research is a type of quantitative research and uses a design correlational. The sample of this research is 139 students. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses correlation analysisBivariate Pearson (Product Moments). The results of this study are as follows, there is a correlation between entrepreneurial attitudes towards entrepreneurial interest according to a correlation coefficient value of 0.558 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 there is a correlation between subjective norms on entrepreneurial interest according to a correlation coefficient value of 0.486 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, there is a correlation between the control treatment on entrepreneurial interest according to the coefficient value of 0.785 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Students must have an entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, good behavior control so that they can really increase their interest in becoming entrepreneurs.
