Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, interest rates, income, education, and the effect of the type of work on the decision to take credit at BPR Syariah Dana Amanah Surakarta. This research was conducted because there were inconsistencies in the results of the decision to take credit in previous studies. The population in this study are BPR Syariah Dana Amanah Surakarta customers in 2019 with a total of 2,539 people. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents which contain a list of questions. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This analysis is used to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that service quality, interest rates, income, education, type of work have a partially significant effect on the decision to take credit.
