Abstract
Along with the rapid competition in this era of globalization, companies must have the readiness of funds for a good level of work quality, have the ability of competitiveness and competitive advantage. This study aims to analyzeand work environment have a significant positive effect on job involvement, the effect of work stress, work environment, work involvement and job satisfaction on employees of PT X in Solo on Turnover Intention. This data analysis method uses the Smart PLS application to test the relationship between variables. Population and sample in this study namely all employees at PT. Infra Solusi Indonesia, totaling 212 personThe results showed that job stress job stress and work environment have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job involvement has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and job involvement and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on turnover intention.
