Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working family conflict and job stress on employee performance and job satisfaction as a mediating variable for PT Daya Manunggal. The sample in this study amounted to 97 using a questionnaire for data collection. Sampling technique with non-probability sampling method. Data analysis technique using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the working family conflict variable has no effect on the job satisfaction variable, 2) the job stress variable has a significant effect on the job satisfaction variable. 3) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. 4) Working Family Conflict has no effect on employee performance. 5) Job stress has no effect on employee performance. 6) Job satisfaction cannot mediate between working family conflict and employee performance. 7) Job satisfaction can mediate between job stress and employee performance
